Main Street Portsmouth In Bloom is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Our Mission is the continued beautification, preservation, and revitalization of Downtown Portsmouth, Ohio.

Main Street Portsmouth In Bloom [MSPIB] is a partner of America In Bloom, Heritage Ohio, and the National Main Street Program.  

​

Support for MSPIB is used for Downtown beautification, the upkeep of our adopted City Parks, historic preservation, community outreach, events promoting local business, and regional economic development.
